Job Description Seize the opportunity to lead and inspire the housekeeping team, ensuring a haven of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. You will foster a culture of excellence and maintain the highest standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the housekeeping and turn down teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient, high-quality cleaning services.
Inspect and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, enforcing standards and promptly addressing any issues.
Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating orders as needed.
Create work schedules, assign tasks, and distribute workload among staff to ensure timely and thorough completion of cleaning responsibilities.
Address guest requests, concerns, and inquiries related to housekeeping, providing solutions and maintaining a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
Minimum of two years of housekeeping experience as a supervisor or lead.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by the department.
Prior experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.
Compensation Wage Range: $23.00–$28.00 per hour.
