Schedule:
Part‑time; open availability preferred. Days and hours may vary. Details discussed during interview.
Pay:
$20.00–$22.00 per hour

Qualifications:
6 years of previous dishwashing experience preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or place them in racks or conveyor for dishwashing machine, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
Wash pots, pans, and trays according to established procedures, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
Polish silverware using burnishing machine, tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, or hand cloth, following procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Maintain appropriate temperatures and chemical levels.
Keep dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food‑prep surfaces.
Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam‑clean or hose out garbage cans.
Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
Assist with loading and unloading supplies and products.
Perform other duties as assigned.
