Job Overview

As a Field Merchandiser Floater, you will work independently to showcase organization and time‑management skills while building retailer relationships for Hallmark. You collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations as needed. You may also work with other product lines in the stores you service. Salary and Schedule Details

Your starting pay will be between $15.50 and $17.50 per hour, depending on experience. This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule. Average weekly hours are 5–10 per week. You must be available the week before and after major holidays, including weekends. Your Role And Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day engagement: Use a Hallmark mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products in the Hallmark departments of grocery, drug, department, and mass‑retail stores. Communicate with your supervisor, report time, and answer surveys as required. Holiday support: Provide additional coverage during peak holiday periods (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas), including working on the holiday itself when required. Department resets: Assist in installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments, and resetting card sections; two‑week notice is given for remodel assignments. Team collaboration: Support fellow merchandisers across territories as needed. Physical Requirements

This role requires frequent lifting of up to 30 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. You will kneel, squat, walk, stand, and may need to climb stairs or ladders. Basic Qualifications

At least 18 years of age. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Proficient with digital handheld devices for reading documents and information. Reliable internet/Wi‑Fi access. Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores. Benefits
