Job Purpose Maintains swimming pool water quality by testing weekly and cleaning pool components. Maintains water purification systems, and oversees the activities of lifeguarding staff.
Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains swimming pool water quality by testing hourly and cleaning pool components weekly
Adds chemicals as needed
Vacuums pools using pool vacuum daily
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to use water tester, pool vacuum
Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner
For managers, ability to make a schedule for lifeguards in a timely manner, and upload schedule onto Buddy Punch
Communicate with supervisory staff about supply and maintenance needs
