Responsibilities
Provide center‑based direct care to clients as outlined in the treatment plan
Work with families and children from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and economic statuses
Collect data during client sessions and complete daily notes for each session by the end of the day
Communicate with caregivers and other supports at pick‑up and drop‑off
Remain in constant communication with the leadership team, including BCBA, Lead RBT, and Program Manager
Perform other special projects and additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Reliable transportation
Outgoing with high energy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective time management skills
Pass clinical background check
CPR/First aid certification within first 3 months of employment
RBT certification preferred
Physical Requirements
Running, crouching, squatting, and kneeling for sustained periods
Bending at the waist to touch knees or toes
Full range of motion of hands and arms
Sitting on floor and chair for long periods
Move quickly from standing to seated or kneeling position without support
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Move quickly from sitting to standing
