Position Overview
Earn more, work less: second shift (Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM‑2:00 AM) with a paid lunch break; 4/10 schedule, $2/hr shift differential.
Work in a focused shop environment on high‑precision TIG welding of stainless steel and aluminum.
Opportunity to advance via certifications and skill mastery.
What You’ll Do
Work 2nd shift (4:00 PM‑2:00 AM).
TIG weld stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals.
Safely operate assigned equipment.
Read, understand, and execute work orders and QA standards.
Tack‑weld or weld components and assemblies in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
Perform quality checks during production to meet tolerance requirements.
Working Conditions
Work involves sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lb.
Occasional outdoor work in varied weather.
Use of measuring devices (tape, squares, calipers, etc.).
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of TIG welding 16‑gauge to 1/4″ stainless steel and aluminum.
Must successfully complete weld test before employment.
Knowledge of metal plate types, sizes, and shapes.
Experience with measuring devices and equipment in an industrial shop.
