Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Concierge role located in Appleton, WI. The Concierge will provide support to residents and visitors by managing a variety of responsibilities, including greeting guests, performing receptionist duties, handling reservations, and coordinating concierge services. A strong focus is on delivering excellent customer service and clear communication with residents, families, and staff while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Qualifications
Experience or skills in Concierge Services and making reservations to provide support and meet resident needs
Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally and warmly with residents, families, and team members
Competency in receptionist duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing front‑desk tasks
Proven customer‑service skills, demonstrating a commitment to resident satisfaction and resolving inquiries efficiently
Ability to multi‑task and maintain organization in a fast‑paced work environment
Familiarity with senior living or hospitality industries is a plus
