Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented
Bilingual Receptionist
to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This individual will be responsible for answering and routing phone calls, welcoming visitors, providing administrative support, and assisting with new hire orientation. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (or other required languages).
Key Responsibilities
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate staff
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a positive first impression
Provide administrative support for various internal processes, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Assist with new hire orientation, including preparing materials and supporting onboarding activities
Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
Coordinate with internal departments as needed to support daily operations
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, phone systems)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
