Job Overview As an Applebee's Dishwasher / General Utility, you will help keep our back‑of‑house clean and operating smoothly. You need to be a great communicator, a team player, and work well in a fast‑paced environment.
In this role you:
Wash dishes, flatware, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
Assist with moving items and setting up dining areas.
Follow safety and cleanliness protocols.
Support team members to ensure a smooth operation.
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Good communication skills.
Team player.
Can work in a fast‑paced, hot, and damp environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain stationary for up to 4 hours.
We offer competitive wages of $15–$20 per hour, Daily Pay (not available in California), flexible work schedules, healthcare benefits, meal discounts, and a great career path.
Physical Standards Must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds; work frequently in a hot and damp environment; possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment; wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift; and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
