Position Overview The Teacher is responsible for creating and maintaining a cohesive teaching team, coordinating the curriculum, and overseeing daily operational activities of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a developmentally appropriate curriculum.
Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
Lead and coach the teaching team, assessing progress.
Communicate regularly with parents to support development.
Support child development milestones and well‑being.
Qualifications
Experience working with children from birth to 5 years.
Strong understanding of early childhood development.
Excellent communication skills with children and adults.
Ability to manage classroom operations and address parental concerns.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of professional child care experience.
Strong oral, written, and basic computer skills.
High energy and teamwork orientation.
Infant/child CPR & First Aid certification.
Associate’s Degree in early childhood education or related field (≥30 ECE credits).
Clear full background check and health screening.
Nice to Have
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle physical demands (walking, bending, etc.).
