Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards to support a great bar experience. Comply with health, safety, and cleanliness standards; facilitate a positive bar experience for guests. Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old (per state law). Ability to effectively communicate with others and work well with staff and customers. Commitment to making an impact and delivering quality beverages. Ability to work a flexible schedule and handle a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits
Applebee's Bartenders start at $11.79 per hour plus tips; competitive wages with tips and flexible scheduling. Daily Pay available in most locations; health care benefits, meal discounts, and a clear career path. Paid sick leave and other benefits where applicable. Physical Standards & Workplace Considerations
Ability to remain stationary and move for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds; ability to transport items around the dining room and service bar. Ability to wear protective gear, work with cleaning/disinfecting supplies, and adhere to safety protocols.
