As a Cashier/FOH team member you will be an ambassador of our brand, playing a key role in creating a memorable guest experience through face‑to‑face customer interactions.

You will report to Shift Managers and the General Manager and will be empowered to go above and beyond to ensure amazing guest service. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding the customer journey, and ensuring a smooth operation. You will also be cross‑trained across different positions to keep the store running efficiently.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of front line, lobby, bathrooms, patio, take‑out lobby, and reset tables and chairs.

Learn and maintain knowledge of the changing salad menu and communicate ingredients to guests.

Ensure all food meets safety and quality standards and prevents cross‑contamination.

Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling.

Set up, maintain, and break down the front‑line and cashier areas.

Operate POS register to complete customer transactions.

Greet guests, guide the customer journey, and involve the manager on duty for any issues.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and other areas requested by the manager on duty.

Answer phones within four rings with a pleasant, inviting voice.

Follow proper cash handling procedures and shift change counts with manager.

Receive food safety and TABC certification if required by location.

Requirements / Desired Traits

Food, restaurant, team, and/or customer service experience.

Team player with a positive can‑do attitude.

Quick and adaptable learner.

Excellent communication skills.

Personable customer service and desire to connect with guests daily.

Service with a smile.

Physical Requirements

Ability to read and comprehend information at close range and follow instructions accurately.

Ability to use electronic systems such as computers and tablets.

Physically capable of lifting 25–50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Manual dexterity for operating cutting tools and kitchen utensils.

Exposure to cleaning chemicals.
