CASHIER/FOH TEAM MEMBER As a Cashier/FOH team member Member, you will be an ambassador of our brand. You will be an integral part of the guest experience, through the face‑to‑face customer interaction that sets us apart from other restaurant companies.

You will report to the Shift Managers and General Manager and will be empowered to go above and beyond to ensure amazing guest service,

You will be responsible for crafting thoughtful and personalized experiences for our guests from greeting them to saying goodbye as they leave.

We encourage our team members to be well‑rounded team players, willing to get their hands dirty and do whatever it takes to keep your store running smoothly! No matter what position you start in with us, you will have the opportunity to be cross‑trained and will be tasked to take on different positions within our team. Cashiers at some concepts will automatically be cross‑trained in the kitchen areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain cleanliness of front line, lobby, bathrooms and patio area, take out lobby trash, bus and clean tables and chairs. Restock utensils, napkins, beverage station, and bathrooms

Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing salad menu to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests

Ensure all food on the line meets food safety and quality standards, eliminating cross‑contamination on the front line

Maintain knowledge of critical dietary information and demonstrate proper food handling

Set up, maintain and break down front line area and cashier areas

Operate POS register to complete customer transactions

Greet guests, guide the customer journey, get manager on duty to assist any guest issues or concerns in a timely manner

Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier area and other areas requested by manager on duty

Answer phones in less than 4 rings and with a pleasant inviting voice

Maintain proper cash handling procedures and shift change counts with manager

Certified in food safety and TABC if required by location

Requirements/Desired Traits

Food, Restaurant, Team and/or Customer Service experience

A team player with a positive can‑do attitude

Quick and adaptable learner

Excellent and collaborative communication skills

A knack for delivering personable customer service and a desire to make connections with guests everyday

Service with a smile

Physical Requirements

Ability to read and comprehend information at a close range, and follow instructions accurately and efficiently

Ability to use electronic systems, such as computers and tablets.

Physically able to lift up to 25-50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils

Subject to exposure to cleaning chemicals
