Love and respect students while pushing them to develop high quality swim and safety skills as efficiently as possible.
Follow our curriculum with a focus on the needs, abilities and comfort of each student.
Be a team player who consistently dependable and reliable to be present and enthusiastic.
Complete required training and be a continual learner.

Ability to work in the water for periods of up to 5 hours.
Strong communication skills.
Great attitude and growth mindset.
The ability to focus in a fast‑paced environment.
The ability to commit to at least 1 year of employment, afternoons and weekends required.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Must be able to be in the water for at least 3 hours at a time.
Must be able to be on your feet for at least 3 hours.
