Responsibilities
Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure.
Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy.
Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone.
Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and offer a scoop of ice cream.
Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out.
Handle cash and payments accurately, preventing shortages or overages.
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and overall bakery upkeep.
Desired Skills & Experience
At least 6 months of experience in a customer-service focused role (preferred).
Personable, genuine, and outgoing demeanor.
Customer-service focused and willing to exceed guest expectations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and math skills.
Capable of lifting up to 40 lb boxes of product.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
