Job Description As this is a hybrid role, working out of our Creative Studios in Westlake, Ohio, we will focus on candidates who currently reside in Northeast Ohio. The Field Scheduling and Data Analyst manages all aspects of merchandiser workforce scheduling within the Field Management Organization (FMO). This role oversees a $70M+ scheduling budget, ensuring optimal resource deployment, data integrity, and system performance. The position drives continuous improvement, leads cross-functional initiatives, and ensures scheduling strategies align with overall business goals. Acting as the central link between Field, Sales, and Systems, this analyst delivers accurate forecasting, rapid issue resolution, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Involvement and leadership of projects and initiatives that enable the Field Management Organization to effectively lead and service our retail customers.

Process documentation and planning to ensure business continuity should issues arise.

Review and analysis of key data points in partnership with third-party vendors and field management leadership to drive improved processes for field execution.

Manage and optimize merchandiser scheduling aligned with the budget.

Track and coordinate seasonal high-volume scheduling to ensure service readiness.

Lead call stratification and assess budget impacts in partnership with Field Management and Sales.

Resolve production and scheduling issues quickly with coordinated stakeholder communication.

Drive continuous improvement in team efficiency, data integrity, and scheduling systems.

Serve as FMO Scheduling Data Steward with ownership of master data accuracy and documentation.

Execute data reporting, analysis, and quality assurance for all scheduling-related systems.

Lead and support cross-functional scheduling projects and process improvements.

Support change management for new programs, process updates, and technology integrations.

Align scheduling operations with broader service and business strategies.

Experience Required

Minimum 3 years of relevant business experience

Demonstrated success redesigning core business processes and driving change in complex, cross-functional environments

Project management experience preferred

Experience in SQL and database management preferred

Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerBI); able to quickly learn new software and tools

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including data analysis and application of statistical techniques

Able to make data-driven decisions, adjust processes, and clearly communicate impacts to all levels of the organization

Strong communication, influencing, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused with high attention to detail

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Project management capabilities and experience leading teams or initiatives through influence

Excellent communication (listening, written, verbal) and presentation skills

Strong planning, organization, and follow-up abilities

Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Effective working across all organizational levels to achieve objectives

Education Required Bachelor’s Degree in business or technology related field
