The brick oven with 936 bricks is the cornerstone of our kitchen and authentic flavor. We need you to help grow our brand, brick by brick, through innovation and excellence. Serve our customers according to Bertucci's Service philosophy and guidelines. Provide hospitality, respond to guest needs, take orders, transmit to kitchen, ensure standards, attend to customers, and process payment. Responsibilities
Set up and break down the dining room and service stations; clear and reset tables; side work assignments; general cleaning. Keep areas–tables, floor, chairs, service station clean, neat, organized. Assist other employees as needed. Pre-bus tables. Greet customers, inform of promotions and specials; answer questions; make suggestions. Visually inspect all products to ensure garnishes added properly and food is eye-appealing. Remove dirty dishes between courses and at end of meal; return to dishwashing area. Report all food and service complaints to manager. Stock silverware, small containers, food products/garnishes, condiments, various items. Seniority level
