Seasonal Bay Beach Facility Attendant (2026)

Responsible for the preparation and sales of food products, souvenirs, admissions, and rentals.
Provides customer service.
Stocks sales areas with supplies and monitors inventory.
Prepares items for sale and completes accurate sales transactions.
Assists in opening the facility and inspecting the area.
Maintains and cleans concession equipment and related areas.
Follows all policies, procedures, and the philosophy that is set forth by the City of Green Bay Parks, Recreation, & Forestry Department.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Must be at least 15 years of age.
Experience working with the public and customer service experience and/or training desirable.
Experience or training in food service; experience in concession sales desirable.
A combination of equivalent experience and/or education may be considered.
Working knowledge of recreation facilities. Knowledge and skill in proper customer service techniques.
Skill and ability in cash handling.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to read and perform basic calculations. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to work the required hours of the position.
Physical Requirements Ability to perform the following activities:
Lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.
Frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting, squatting, crouching, and kneeling.
Occasional sitting, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to work in varied environmental conditions.
