Host Person - Fulton St. Food Hall - Steady Extra (Harrah's LV)
Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Host Person for the Fulton St. Food Hall – Steady Extra at Harrah’s Las Vegas. The role involves greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Essential Job Functions
Answer incoming reservation calls.
Complete reservations in the computerized reservation system.
Keep abreast of all food & beverage venues and menus.
Check availability on a continuous basis.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Answer the telephone and facilitate guest requests.
Use the table management system to manage incoming reservations and venue floor.
Assist with daily administrative work as directed by the venue manager.
Performance Requirements
Knowledge of basic food and beverage products.
Ability to perform basic/intermediate math skills.
Ability to operate office equipment and Table Management system.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests, staff and management.
Knowledge, understanding and compliance with policies and procedures, job descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels and other instructions.
Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands
Prolonged standing and sitting.
Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to distinguish letters, symbols, and colors.
Typical Working Conditions
Work may be performed in a small area having a three-foot access.
Ability to tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.
