Base Pay Range $17.00/hr – $19.00/hr
Location & Schedule In‑home care in Aylett, VA with additional assignments in Mechanicsville, Sandston and Quinton. Full‑time opportunities.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with clients through engaging conversations and shared activities such as scrapbooking, gardening and games.
Assist clients with daily activities of living, including dressing, walking, and meal preparation.
Report completed activities and provide updates on clients’ physical condition, mental capacity and behavior.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate any concerns to supervisors.
Adhere to all company policies, including a pre‑employment drug screening requirement.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of CNA/NA/PCA experience.
Passion for helping others and strong customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license (no photocopies accepted).
Commitment to professional growth within a reputable home‑care company.
