Job Description The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of general clerical, typing, and/or office support duties. Experience with Excel is a must. Billing experience background preferred.
Typical Duties
Sorts, files and maintains alphabetical, numerical, and subject filing systems.
Types forms, memoranda, and other copy material.
Checks and compares data for accuracy and completeness.
Gathers specified information and compiles routine reports.
Performs related job duties as required.
Assists in organizing meetings, travel, luncheons, training sessions, etc.
Assists with other special projects as assigned.
Shows up promptly at the beginning of each scheduled day.
Attends any required meetings.
Enters Service Requests in People Soft.
Creates Requisitions in People Soft.
Runs reports in People Soft.
