Responsibilities
Perform repair receiving write-up process manually and electronically
Read and interpret SDS information
Identify valves and accessories
Translate valve information from tag to write-up form and include customer requests
Enter data in the electronic valve tracking system (GVT)
Initiate work ticket within the sales order system
Take digital pictures and transfer into the ERP system network folder
Safely disassemble, clean and ship valves and parts per QCP and OEM specifications
Mark parts correctly and maintain organization and segregation
Perform glass bead / steel shot blasting and chemical solvent cleaning
Prepare products for shipping, including priming and painting while adhering to safety rules
Safely perform preventative maintenance on vehicles, equipment and tools with accurate documentation
Ensure JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards are upheld
Actively support JHC colleagues and build solid relationships
Travel when required
Maintain regular and predictable attendance
Qualifications
High School or Equivalent
Technical/Trade School preferred
Valid state-issued driver’s license
TWIC, OSHA Safety, Security Passport (preferred)
Travel
As needed throughout Gulf Coast region
