Flynn Group entered the Panera system in 2015 with the acquisition of 47 cafés. Since then, we have more than tripled in size to become the 2 nd
largest Panera franchisee in the world and continue to grow by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators.
Flynn Panera is a franchisee of Panera Bread that operates on a decentralized business model. Each geographic area is led by a Market Leader. Reporting to the Market Leader are Area Directors, who are multiple‑unit operators responsible for overall functions of the cafés in their areas. Area Directors report to the General Managers, who are the chief café managers in charge of day‑to‑day operations. Assistant Managers help run their departments and handle everyday management responsibilities, while Team Managers support the entire café leadership team.

Position Description Our Panera Bread cafés are upscale, friendly venues featuring baked breads and pastries, made‑to‑order soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages. We pride ourselves on a greasy‑free environment with no late nights; we’re looking for a morning person who thrives in a fast‑paced setting.
As a Retail Team Member you will provide excellent customer service, ensuring a clean, fast, and friendly café environment. You’ll listen to guests’ needs, deliver accurate orders with a friendly smile, and help maintain the warm atmosphere Panera is known for.

Physical Standards
Must be able to stand and move at a steady pace for up to ten (10) hours.
