Manage a multi‑line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care. Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly and efficiently. Educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure pets receive the best care possible. Demonstrate empathy and respect in every situation, providing a calming presence for clients and treating each pet with care. Qualifications
A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment. A collaborative, team‑first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction. Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required. Benefits
