Responsibilities
Clean patient rooms daily, including high and low dusting, damp wiping furniture, restroom servicing, and removal of regulated & medical waste.
Perform floor burnishing, wall washing, window cleaning, carpet bonnet or extraction shampooing, upholstery cleaning, strip and refinish floors, and cycle cleaning of surgical suites.
Collect necessary supplies & equipment each day and maintain equipment in an acceptable manner.
Provide excellent customer service to improve patient satisfaction scores, including bedside communication.
Perform discharge cleaning per Housekeeping policy and procedure manual.
Clean support areas such as corridors, utility rooms, pantries, nurses stations, and treatment areas.
Move heavy & light equipment, change cubical curtains, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Compensation Minimum rate: $17.24 hourly. Compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other factors.
