Requirements

Must be at least 18

Must have a valid UP TO DATE AZDPS Unarmed Guard Card

Must have a valid EMT Certification

High School diploma or equivalent required; additional training in security, public safety, or law enforcement is considered an asset.

Strong observational skills and situational awareness

Administrative awareness

Previous law enforcement or security experience is preferred

Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.

Position Overview & Scope As a St. Moritz Security Officer, you’ll help protect people, property, and assets through vigilance and integrity.

You will:

Create and track work orders, draft professional emails, and effectively answer and manage phone calls.

Operate fire control panels, including acknowledging alarms, performing resets, and coordinating appropriate responses.

Complete accurate reports for incidents and shift transitions.

Provide guidance to associates and visitors needing security assistance.

Inspect vehicles and facilities, noting safety hazards or maintenance concerns.

Conduct regular patrols to identify and address potential risks before they become issues.

Deliver excellent customer service through professionalism and responsive communication.

Your attention to detail and proactive mindset make all the difference in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients.
