Join DSST Public Schools as a STEM Elective Teacher for the upcoming 2026‑2027 school year.
Location Hiring for multiple locations; available positions across middle and high schools. Refer to

for details. Relocation stipend offered for hires 75 miles or more from Denver.
Salary & Benefits Salary range: $60,000–$78,000, commensurate with up to 10 years of experience. As a full‑time, in‑person instructor, you are eligible for benefits and exempt status.
Start Date First day of new‑hire staff training: end of July (see school‑year calendar).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver rigorous, engaging content using DSST curriculum, teaching 3–5 classes daily per campus.
Track and support student growth through assessment tools and resources.
Promote a positive culture, build classroom and school community, and maintain trusting relationships with students and families.
Pursue professional development with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Contribute to the broader school community—including tutoring, advisory classes, and participation in recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in any field; demonstrated content knowledge via qualifications (see options).
Ideal: Commitment to serving students of color, students with disabilities, and/or multilingual students. Colorado teaching credential preferred but not required for most openings.
