Starting pay: $21.22, progressing to $31.51 over five years.

Key Responsibilities
Execute flawless operations by following designated routes, schedules, and stringent safety protocols.
Provide exceptional passenger care, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
Perform comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, report maintenance issues, and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
Uphold company policies, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
21 years of age or older.
Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.
Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
Subject to DOT drug testing and physical (Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, are not authorized for any reason under DOT regulation 49 CFR Part 40).
Physical Requirements
Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions; 100% of the job is performed outdoors, often in remote locations.
Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 h per day); walk long distances and on slippery or uneven surfaces.
Push, pull, lift, and occasionally kneel or crouch for up to 50 lbs.
Withstand heavy traffic and exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
