Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefit‑eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities
Clean floors, dust, remove trash, wet mop, wax and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms, and public use spaces.
Vacuum, shampoo, and deodorize carpets and clean surfaces throughout the community.
Respond to resident room emergencies and log cleaning activities as required.
Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
