Educate clients on self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs. Build relationships by listening, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve their financial goals. Perform branch operations such as cash handling and ATM management while following bank policies. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Client‑focused service orientation, friendly and attentive. Ability to build trusted relationships and demonstrate care. Strong communication skills to engage and anticipate client needs. Attention to detail to resolve issues efficiently. Team collaboration to deliver seamless services. Quick learning of products, services, and procedures. Client service experience or comparable background. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Fluent in English and Spanish. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
