The
Staffing Assistant
will be responsible for the generation, prioritization, and processing of the behavioral health support schedules. This position will create the weekly schedule, fill staffing needs, assign PRN staff, and make recommendations for rearranging staff based on Manager and Supervisor input.
Exceptional Skills And Qualifications
Ability to independently manage time and priorities
UKG experience is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Ability to react to situations in a diplomatic and tactful manner
Comfortable working with office equipment such as computers and photocopier
Must be able to perform detailed activities and have good organizational skills
Must exemplify patience in dealing with employees
Must have good command of English grammar and excellent telephone skills
Must show flexibility in working assigned weekends and shifts
High School Diploma or GED: High school diploma or GED equivalent required (Required)
2 year / Associate Degree: Two (2) years of college education preferred (Preferred)
