Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car rental brands and has frequently been named one of the top places to work. It is the largest and fastest‑growing privately‑owned automotive rental and leasing company in North America. We are hiring now for a Greeter role located at the Albuquerque Airport, Rental Car Area.
Position Summary The Greeter will provide superior, friendly, and efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process. Responsibilities include greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly efficient environment, providing appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines, creating a friendly and efficient environment for all customers, and assisting in making all transactions quick and efficient. Pay is $16 per hour plus a monthly performance bonus.
Responsibilities
Work proactively with shuttlers, auto detailers, return agents, and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply.
Welcome members to the facility, provide directions, and assist with questions to minimize counter visits.
Communicate customer service issues to management.
Maintain the Emerald Aisle, hangtag information, and fleet mix requirements.
Thank members for their business and provide upgraded vehicles on request.
Perform other customer service related duties to meet customer needs.
Seek to improve performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of customer service retail or administrative support experience.
At least 12 consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.
Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
Ability to work the listed schedules.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Schedules
Sunday‑Thursday 8am‑5pm (Off: Friday & Saturday)
Tuesday‑Saturday 11am‑8pm (Off: Sunday & Monday)
Thursday‑Monday 9am‑6pm (Off: Tuesday & Wednesday)
