Laboratory Administrative Assistant | Product Testing Support | On-Site

Laboratory Administrative Assistant
to support its fast‑paced laboratory operations in
Bentonville . This role is ideal for a detail‑driven professional who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure product samples are accurately logged, documented, and delivered to laboratory teams for testing. Hours & Pay
Pay Rate:
$18.50 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type:
Temporary with potential to convert to permanent

Key Responsibilities
Receive, open, and process incoming product sample packages
Verify customer information in internal systems and notify the Production Coordinator of any discrepancies
Confirm received samples match the expected documentation and report missing or unexpected materialsPhotograph samples and document damaged items as required
Upload sample photos and documentation using IAN, SKU, or style numbers
Create and manage project files within internal laboratory systems
Coordinate closely with Production Coordinators and Laboratory Technicians
Track project status to support efficient testing workflows
Upload test applications, internal documents, and related files as required
Distribute samples to laboratory technicians for quote development
Prepare and ship outgoing packages as needed
Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of
3 years of laboratory or product testing‑related experience
Preference for candidates with experience in testing
non‑medical products
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage urgent requests, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
Professional, articulate, and customer service‑oriented communication style
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical teams
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to
25 pounds
