What You’ll Do:
Welcome guests with warmth and provide a smooth experience from check-in to check-out
Handle reservations and front desk tasks quickly and accurately
Be a helpful resource for guest questions, needs, and concerns
Collaborate with other departments to ensure top-notch service
Learn and use our property management and point-of-sale systems
Follow resort policies and procedures to create a seamless guest experience
What You’ll Get:
Competitive starting pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
A fun, supportive team environment right on the beach
Paid Time Off
Hotel room and meal discounts for both full-time and part-time staff
What We’re Looking For:
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Dependability and punctuality — we rely on each other
Friendly, clear communication skills
Front desk or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not required
