Key Responsibilities
Greet customers, run the register, and handle cashier duties.
Make purchase suggestions and support the food program when needed.
Lead shifts and provide entry‑level management experience.
Maintain store appearance and uphold high service standards.
Ensure reliable, predictable on‑site attendance.
Collaborate with the team to accomplish daily tasks.
Qualifications
Retail and customer‑service experience.
Entry‑level management or supervisory experience.
Cashiering or sales associate experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Motivation to advance in career.
Willingness to learn and have fun.
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk up to 8 hours.
Lift/carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes per shift.
Occasionally lift/carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
Bend at waist with some twisting for up to 1 hour per shift.
Perform eye‑hand coordination tasks; may involve ladder work.
