Your Key Responsibilities You will greet customers, operate the cash register, provide purchase suggestions, and assist with the food program. We expect regular and predictable onsite attendance. You will interact with many customers daily while collaborating with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily store tasks.
What We’re Looking For
Sales or cashiering experience
Excellent customer care and communication skills
Ability to work quickly while having fun
Team player who solves problems and offers suggestions
High school diploma or equivalent
Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk up to 8 hours
Lift and carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift
Occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
Push/pull with arms up to a 20‑pound force
Bend at the waist with twisting up to one hour per shift
Climb a ladder to retrieve materials or place/remove signs
