What You’ll Do
Provide warm, attentive service to guests enjoying our upscale buffet and à la carte offerings Guide guests through buffet selections and answer menu questions with confidence Deliver beverages, specialty items, and additional orders promptly and accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room environment Collaborate with hosts, bussers, and culinary staff to ensure smooth service flow Handle payments accurately and follow all cash‑handling procedures Uphold the polished, guest‑focused atmosphere that defines 8 Block Kitchen & Bar Benefits
