Front Desk Receptionist/Assistant - Long Term Temporary Role!
Our client, a prestigious financial firm located in midtown is seeking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist/Assistant for a Long-Term Temporary Role!
This role will be working in office – Monday thru Friday from 10am- 7pm
Qualified applicants will have prior corporate front desk experience , be professional, have a personable demeanor- be a self-starter and resourceful!
Responsibilities to include:
First point of contact for staff, vendors, and visitors
Answering incoming calls, transfer to appropriate individuals taking messages if needed
Meet and greet all guests/clients in a courteous manner
Schedule appointments
Maintain a clean and organized reception/common area
Receive and send deliveries
Assist with any administrative/ ad hoc duties as needed
Qualifications:
1-2 years of previous reception/office experience in a corporate environment
Experience answering a multi-line phone system
Basic MS Office skills
Hours are 10: 00 0am – 7:00 with an hour for lunch

DURATION SALARY $25.00 – $25.00 per hour
