Restaurant in Room Server (Part-Time)

The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel, a 605‑room luxury convention center hotel located in downtown Oklahoma City next to the Paycom Center, Oklahoma Convention Center, and Scissortail Park, is looking for a Part‑time Restaurant in Room Server to deliver exceptional in‑room dining experiences. Location Our hotel features an all‑day dining outlet, an entertainment sports bar, specialty restaurants, a coffee shop, a retail outlet, Mokara Spa, fitness center, rooftop pool with bar, and 76,000 square feet of meeting space including a 20,000 square foot ballroom. The property also offers a 4,200 square foot outdoor pre‑function area overlooking the park. Job Description

The role involves taking in‑room dining orders, coordinating with order‑taking agents, executing delivery of food and beverage items, setting tables when required, removing used trays from guest rooms, delivering F&B amenities, and maintaining a clean, well‑stocked room service area. Responsibilities

Acknowledge and greet all guests, anticipate guest needs, and respond to inquiries or requests. Have full knowledge of food and beverage offerings. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas and equipment. Keep all supplies fresh and well‑stocked. Prepare RIR trays with appropriate mise‑en‑place according to the order. Coordinate with order‑taking agent and culinary staff regarding any special requests or dietary restrictions. Prepare and deliver all food and beverage amenities to guest rooms. Engage guests following Omni standards and Power of Engagement training. Deliver and serve the order following specific departmental standards and steps of service. Contribute to a professional workplace that maximizes employee morale, productivity, and effectiveness. Work well with a diverse FOH and BOH staff. Perform additional responsibilities as requested by a manager. Ensure responsible service of alcohol by following all legal requirements including carding and consumption. Follow daily checklists and side work (re‑stocking and cleaning). Comply with direction and instruction from the management team. Qualifications

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for up to eight hours a day. Ability to bend and reach above head holding up to 10 pounds frequently. Minimum 1 year of serving experience, high volume & casual environment preferred. Must have full knowledge of menus, liquor, beer, cocktails, and any other pertinent information. Strong communication skills speaking with enthusiasm. Must be at least 18 years of age. Problem‑solving abilities, self‑motivation, and organization. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Unexpired food handlers and state alcohol certification. Work under minimal or moderate supervision. Flexible with schedules including weekends and holidays. Obtain State Required Liquor License and training certificate. EEO Statement
