Ebenezer is seeking a
Housekeeper
to support our adult residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility in Lake City, MN. This role performs all housekeeping duties consistent with the assignment sheet for our Care Center long-term care unit residents and young adult-geriatric Transitional care unit patients. This patient support schedule includes: 16 hours in two weeks, day shift, every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities
Performs housekeeping duties:
Vacuum
Change water bucket or mop head as trained
Use wet floor signs
Maintain housekeeping cart and closet
Replenish supplies – soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Clean tile, walls, windows, and glass doors
Ensure chemicals are locked up
Cleans public areas, resident rooms, and restrooms:
Clean drinking fountains with disinfectant
Replenish supplies – soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Vacuum carpets
Empty and wash waste baskets with disinfectant when needed
Assist with emergency spills as needed
Maintain clean linen carts
Wear gloves at all times
Assist with grounds cleanup when requested
Performs other duties as assigned, including but not limited to:
Room changes
Cleaning wheel chairs
Assisting with special events
Required Qualifications
Less than 1 year experience
Preferred Qualifications
1 year experience
