Work collaboratively in a diverse, inclusive, and student-centered environment, with students of various learning styles, cultures, identities, and life-experiences.
Instructional Skills
Courses will meet in person on any of the CCRI campuses, days, or evenings.
Plan, develop, present, and modify courses from proposal to syllabus to delivery (classroom, hybrid), to assessment, to evaluation.
Teach assigned courses.
Convey knowledge and skills effectively to students.
Continue professional development as an educator.
Use advanced technologies to expand student resources and learning opportunities.
Assess student learning according to best practices in the measurement of student performance objectives and outcomes.
Demonstrate creativity and flexibility in pedagogical approaches to a diverse population of students and peers.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree in a related field.
2-5 years of higher education teaching experience.
Qualified according to standards outlined by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) for faculty teaching in associate degree programs.
