About The Role Guest Service Representatives are our Directors of First Impressions. From how you answer the phone to how you greet the guest when they arrive, you set the tone for the entirety of the guest's stay. Guest Service Representatives become the go-to person for our guests—answering questions about directions to their room, dinner, attractions, car wash, extra towels, late checkout, and more. They often juggle multiple tasks between answering phones, checking guests in/out, fulfilling guest requests, communicating with Maintenance and Housekeeping, ensuring billing and payments are correct, and actively ensuring safety and security measures are met. Guest Service Representatives must confidently and compassionately respond to guest service issues, taking ownership of the situation and ensuring guests are taken care of using the tools and training we support you with.

About You A positive disposition and ability to work as part of a team is fundamental. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and show commitment to dependability. You must juggle multiple tasks while retaining composure and being approachable. A genuine spark for connecting with team members and guests is paramount. An authentic interest in improving the overall experience for teammates and guests through proactive communication, innovation, and collaboration is essential. Possess a valid driver’s license and insurance evidence. Your driving record must meet our insurance carrier guidelines.
