Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling registration and communication of hotel services.
Process forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries.
Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Hyatt’s standard of hospitality.
Qualifications
Experience as a front desk clerk or similar role preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Desire to satisfy the needs of others and contribute to guest satisfaction.
