Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Summary:
The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
Record production data and maintain accurate logs
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and measurements
Basic mechanical skills and understanding of machine operations
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to (X) lbs

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 – $56160.00/yr.
