Garber Heating and Air Conditioning has been providing heating and cooling services to the Morton and surrounding area since 1972. Ralph Garber started Garber Heating & Air Conditioning in March of 1972. In 1973 he began selling the Carrier® brand as Garber's official home comfort product. Primary Job Function:
To install residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high quality experience while meeting established deadlines and maintaining proper margins. The role also involves performing maintenance/service on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, resulting in high quality customer experience.

Pay Scale:
$17 - $22 per hour plus benefits listed below
Work Hours:
Start at 7:00am, with overtime as needed

Service Manager

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or its equivalent
Valid driver's license
Insurable driving record
Basic customer service skills

Possess tools needed
Basic understanding of wiring diagrams
Basic understanding of sheet metal
Basic understanding of refrigeration
