Machine Technician - 3rd Shift
Location: Danville, VA
Shift: 3rd Shift – 11:00 pm – 7:30 am
Starting Pay: $19.06 /hr. Additional Pay: 2nd shift $1.50 /hr; 3rd/D/C shift $3 /hr

Responsibilities
Operate and lead key machinery to produce efficient, high‑quality products.
Set up, operate and adjust machinery.
Perform changeovers and washes that meet or exceed specifications.
Account for food safety policies and report concerns to supervisor.
Ensure products meet customer and quality requirements.
Perform basic preventive maintenance, controls and troubleshooting.
Maintain a clean work area and participate in housekeeping across the facility.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (strongly preferred).
Mechanically inclined.
Fully trained and experienced in operating at least one production machine or equivalent experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build effective working relationships inside and outside the company.
Ability to multi‑task, stay focused and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements.
