What You’ll Do
Operate and lead key machinery, striving for efficient output of quality products.
Set up, operate and adjust machinery.
Perform changeovers and washes that meet or exceed specifications.
May be responsible for breaking co‑workers.
Responsibility to adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor.
Ensure products produced meet customer and quality requirements.
Perform basic maintenance/controls, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Maintain a clean work area and participate in housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds.
What You Bring
High School Diploma/GED (Strongly Preferred).
Mechanically inclined.
Fully trained and experienced in the operation of one production machine as defined at each plant and/or equivalent work experience.
Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to express ideas professionally, effectively and efficiently.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside the company with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to multi‑task, focus and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends as necessary.
Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements.
Must be able to pass a background check.
