Injection Molding Process Technician

Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (12‑hour shifts, 7:00 pm–7:00 am). 36 hours worked, paid for 40 hours. As an Injection Molding Technician under the direction of the Supervisor/Shift Team Leader, you will ensure that injection molding machines are set up and run to quality standards, meeting production and scrap goals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Check production process against documented process, including all support equipment (blenders, grinders, dryers, etc.). Perform setup on single and two‑shot tools. Load programs, install EOAT, and troubleshoot robotic/automation systems. Perform setup and troubleshoot injection molding processes. Perform start‑up and shut‑down procedures. Utilize in‑cavity mold sensors for troubleshooting and process matching. Verify settings are accurate. Inspect parts in accordance with established quality plans. Follow machine shut‑down procedures, including closing hopper throat valve, turning off heating and cooling systems, retracting carriage, purging machines, and ensuring the machine area is clean and free of debris (resin pellets, molded parts, water, oil, etc.) after each setup is completed. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency, required. 5+ years’ experience as a Process Technician, required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent mechanical skills. Excellent troubleshooting skills. What We Offer
