Pay : $17.00 – $17.75 (based on experience) + 8% shift premium.
Shift Hours : 12:00 am – 8:00 am.
Responsibilities
Perform routine duties to operate various plastic molding/assembly machines producing a wide variety of molded parts.
Visually scan for manufacturing defects, trim, sort, assemble, weigh/count and package parts.
Make up boxes, record, verify production labels and operate grinder.
Work from verbal and posted written instructions at the press.
Maintain work area in neat and orderly manner.
Housekeeping; maintaining the cleanliness and safety requirements.
Report on defective material and equipment.
Responsible for maintaining quality and quantity standards.
Follow the GMP rules, safety rules and wear required protective clothing or items.

Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that ensures good relations with customers, clients, co‑workers and management.
Continue to grow job‑specific knowledge and use tools to identify and assist with continuous improvement.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Regular, predictable on‑site attendance is an essential function of the job.

Physical Requirements
Usually stand/walk most of the work day.
Occasionally sit, stoop, kneel and crouch.
Occasionally lift, push, pull up to 30‑50 pounds.
Use of specific vision abilities normally required by this job, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Infrequent use of finger/hand movements and keyboarding.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED certificate preferred.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Basic math proficiency.
