A day in the life
At our Tampa, FL (33610) manufacturing site, you’ll be the go-to pro keeping production humming. Your morning starts with walk‑through inspections to spot wear, leaks, or safety risks. When a line calls out, you’ll diagnose the mechanical issue—whether it’s a pneumatic actuator, hydraulic pump, or an electrical component—and get the equipment safely back online. Between calls, you’ll update maintenance records, partner with operators to prevent repeat issues, and lend a hand installing and commissioning new machines.
What you’ll tackle
Keep production equipment in top shape through routine maintenance and timely repairs.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical problems, implementing practical, lasting fixes.
Perform inspections to catch potential failures and identify safety concerns early.
Document all maintenance and repair activities with clear, accurate notes.
Work closely with production to reduce downtime and boost line efficiency.
Assist with the setup and installation of new machinery and related equipment.
Champion safety practices and uphold a clean, orderly work area.
What you bring
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
Hands‑on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting ability.
Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
Comfort reading technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
Clear communicator with a collaborative, team‑first mindset.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime when needed.
